Matthew Spacie is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Magic Bus, one of India’s leading nonprofits focused on helping children and youth move from childhood to livelihood. Founded in 1999, Magic Bus uses education, mentoring, life-skills development, and community-based programs to help young people break cycles of poverty.
Before founding Magic Bus, Matthew held leadership roles in business and travel, including with Cox & Kings, and later co-founded Cleartrip. His work has earned global recognition, including being named a Member of the Order of the British Empire, reflecting his long-standing commitment to social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.

Amit Bhandari
Amit Bhandari is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the BioUrja Group. Since founding the company in 2006, he has guided its growth into a global enterprise with businesses across energy, commodities, logistics, metals, and industrial services.
Amit also serves as Board Chair of Magic Bus USA and has been a longtime supporter of the organization’s mission to help children and youth move from poverty to opportunity. His leadership reflects a commitment to entrepreneurship, community impact, and creating sustainable pathways for the next generation.

Avinash Vashistha
Avinash “Avi” Vashistha is a global business leader, entrepreneur, and technology strategist. He is the Chairman of the Board at Tholons and previously served as Chairman and CEO of Accenture India, where he led a major global delivery organization and a workforce of more than 150,000 employees.
He is also the founder of Tholons and co-founder of neoIT, with decades of experience in outsourcing, digital transformation, venture investing, and global strategy. As a Board Member of Magic Bus USA, Avinash supports efforts to expand opportunity for underserved children and youth through education and life-skills development.

Kapil Mathur
Kapil Mathur is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he leads The Math Group, advising leading families across the United States. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held roles in investment banking, private equity, and consulting at McKinsey & Company, Dell, and MSD Capital. He earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Kapil serves on the Board of Magic Bus USA and is President of Magic Bus Houston, supporting efforts to expand opportunity for underserved youth. He lives in Sugar Land, Texas, with his wife, Dr. Sheela Parekh, and their two children. He is passionate about philanthropy and poverty alleviation, and has been honored with the Morgan Stanley Community Leadership Award.

Arpan Sheth
Arpan Sheth is a senior business leader and former Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where he helped lead global innovation, design, technology, and private equity practices. Over more than two decades at Bain, he worked with founders, investors, and major companies across the United States, India, the Middle East, and Asia.
Arpan has lived and worked across New York, Sydney, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Washington, D.C., bringing a global perspective to business transformation and growth. He also serves on the Board of Magic Bus, supporting its work to create opportunity and long-term pathways for underserved youth.

Ash Somani
Ashutosh “Ash” Somani is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, where he co-leads the firm’s San Francisco office and focuses on investments in software, payments, business services, and technology. He joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and has played a leadership role across the firm’s technology investing platform.
Prior to Warburg Pincus, Ash worked at Audax Group and McKinsey & Company. He is also involved with Magic Bus, supporting its mission to help children and youth in India move out of poverty through education, mentorship, and livelihood-focused programming.

Georgina Chapman
Georgina Chapman is the co-founder and creative director of Marchesa, launched in 2004 with fellow designer Keren Craig. After studying at the Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Art, she began her career as a costume designer before her debut collection caught the eye of fashion veteran Isabella Blow.
Named after European style icon Marchesa Luisa Casati, the brand blends vintage silhouettes with a modern, fashion-meets-art aesthetic. Today, Marchesa is a global lifestyle brand available in over 200 stores worldwide, offering eveningwear, bridal, accessories, and jewelry.
Chapman’s work has been featured in top publications like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Under her direction, Marchesa won the 2007 British Fashion Award for Red Carpet Designer of the Year and Britain’s Best Business Award in 2008. In 2014, she joined the CFDA’s prestigious Board of Directors.
