The Magic Bus Livelihood Program equips young adults from underserved communities in India with the skills and support they need to secure stable employment and build sustainable careers.
The program serves youth aged 21 to 25 who are currently not in school, employment, or training (NEET) and come from families with an annual income below ₹250,000 (approx. $3,000). Participants receive training in three core areas:
Life Skills – Communication, critical thinking, time management, and professional behavior
Employability Skills – Resume building, interview preparation, job search strategy, workplace readiness
Technical Skills – Industry-specific training aligned with high-demand sectors
Magic Bus connects graduates with job opportunities in sectors such as retail, hospitality, logistics, e-commerce, banking, and IT-enabled services (ITeS). The program emphasizes job placement, with ongoing mentorship to help participants succeed in the workplace and advance their careers.
With a network of livelihood centers and employer partnerships across India, the program bridges the gap between ambition and opportunity—preparing young people for meaningful work and long-term economic stability.
